Question du Jour - Why does cute automatically equal good?

Why are people so surprised when beautiful women like Halle Berry or Kim Kardashian have multiple relationship failures? It's as if we regard these people as God's gift to men simply because they are good looking. But what do we really know about them?

I'm hearing whispers of, "If Eva Longoria can't keep a man, then there is no hope for us."

Excuse me?
You cannot make a holistic assumption about who someone is because they are attractive. Don't get me wrong, I don't condone cheating, made evident by my Open Letter to Tony Parker. I do believe that people place entirely too much emphasis on appearance. If you you are blinded by beauty and you get in a relationship that doesn't end well then that's only yo' asphalt!! I warned you all about the Halo effect a long time ago. Let's keep it G, after acknowledging that men shouldn't cheat, a lot of people immediately make the rash assessment that these pretty women are the All-American wives/girlfriends. All we really know is looks alone. They could be crazy as heck behind closed doors.

But what do I know, I'm just rappin'. What are y'all opinions on the subject?
