29 Days of Black History, Day 6

I alllllready know what you're thinkin', and no, this couple did not invent swagger! However, in 2008, 105-year old Herbert Fisher, and 103-year-old Zelmyra Fisher held the world record for length of marriage for two living persons. These North Carolina natives got hitched on May 13, 1924 and had been married for 86 years, g! Unfortunately, Mr. Fisher passed away in February of last year. Some people don'eem live to be 86, much less be married that long. Kudos to these two and RIP Mr. Fisher.
