BET: The Game -- my $.02

Jan 27, 2011

People keep saying, "The Game is bad but we're going to keep tuning in next week anyway."

Speak for yourselves.

Look, I ain't on my high-horse, but I didn't watch this week's episode and have no intentions of watching any more of it.  The thing is, I don't care if you watch the show faithfully or if you buff your toe nails every Tuesday night instead. Just don't continue to watch it and then subsequently complain about how horrible it is.  Please? For me?

From the looks of things, terrible is the standard for this tweet, text, and call if it's actually GOOD. Then at that point you won't be saying the same thing OVER and OVER again. You know, the usual "omg, that episode was so bad...hopefully next week it will pick up".

The show was never that good to begin with. (which is why The CW cancelled) I'm anxious to see how long BET with actually sticks with it.

The show actually wasn't canceled because it wasn't good, it was canceled because the CW changed their monday night line up.

However I don't like the show anymore, if I wanted to watch a soap opera I would sit home during the day and watch general hopsital. So I feel what you're saying Trey, there's only sooo many weeks that you can keep trying not to give up hope.

I originally thought the show was decent. You know, not too serious, but not hilariously funny. But now, it is so over dramatized. I keep watching though because I like the characters, and I'm interested in their development (as super lame as that sounds). Yes BET has officially ruined it for me, but what else is new.

Oh yea, and I'll tweet about it next Tuesday, and the Tuesday after that. Cuz that's what I do. It's my twitter.
