J. Moss, "JUST JAMES"

I've been going on and on about Nas and Damian Marley's Distant Relative album every since I found out about it from Shade so I definitely I copped that today (as well you should). But, I also nabbed J. Moss's Just James album!

I had been previewing it for the past couple of days and decided today that I didn't need anymore evidence. When I tell you that this album is incredible, I'm not exaggerating. I gotta admit, I am a little bias because he is my favorite gospel artist by leaps and bounds. Nevertheless, I think any new comer to his music would enjoy his sound.Take my word for it!

He makes tracks that everyone can relate to no matter where they are in their relationship with God. But most importantly, he puts the song lyrics inside of the CD booklet--FOR THE WIN! haha. In all seriousness though, it's not just good Gospel music. It's good music, period. Check out a dope track featuring North Carolina's own, Anthony Hamilton, from his previous CD V2...

It's hard, in my opinion. Nas stayed in the pocket and him and Damian Marley meshed perfectly.

I love J. Moss! All three of his albums are great and it's rare when an artist period can accomplish that. You should check out his performance on BET's Sunday Best this past week. Amazing! He truly ministered.
