So, most of you may know that I've been waiting on these shoes to come out for about 3 months now. I've been stackin' my chips and I'm ready to go ahead and blow $310 on 2 pair of shoes. The funny thing is, I'm starting to second guess myself, because that is a lot of money for some sneakers. But even more than that, these are Jordans, which means EVERYBODY AND THEIR MOMMA WILL PROBABLY HAVE THEM! And if it's one thing I dislike, it's watching somebody walk around with the same pair of shoes as me.

What are your thoughts on making major purchases? Do you ever get buyer's remorse? What crosses your mind when you see someone rocking something you have on or have in your closet (other than "I look better in it anyway")?

I think my mom says it best, that major purchases should be investmestments in your future, they should be something that is going to somehow enhance you. So if you think these $300 Jays are going to do it, than by all means ball out playboy!

That's a valid point...hella philosophical, but a good point nonetheless.

Let me ask you something, have you ever wanted anything? A coach bag (assuming you are a female)? A new television? A new jacket?

Based on your comment alone, you save all your money to buy books in bulk, life insurance policies, 401Ks...that type of thing? I can dig that. Hopefully one day I can be on your level.

Well I am a different person and I must say that I do want those expensive things but I am funny about the way that I get things. I noticed that if I took the time to save the money I probably wont bye the item because Ill think that I just put all that effort to blow it on one thing.

On the other hand if I get a refund check or a lot of just other random incomes, ill probably buy it. It sounds crazy but thats how it works for me most of the time.

Don't watch me, w-w-watch my feet....
