A little while ago, I touched briefly on the importance of empathy and how people should try to be more cognizant of the things that are offensive to others. Like the saying goes, "walk a mile in someone's shoes".  The skin color issue has, is, and will continue to perpetuate an intraracial divide between black people if we don't have this conversation (starting at very young ages).

This documentary is going to be incredibly intense and also very necessary. Certain things in life are harder to relate to because we haven't actually gone through them, but works like this allow you to peep into the lives of those who may face a different struggle than you do. I cannot wait until it drops in full.
